  • If your plan has a deductible, it means you are expected to cover the total cost of service up to a certain amount. Until then, your insurance likely will not contribute toward the cost.

Let’s say you have a $1,000 deductible. You would likely be responsible for the full cost of the session, every session, until you have paid a total of $1,000. After that, your insurance will begin contributing toward the cost of services. Some folks may have an incredibly high deductible ($3,000+). If this is you, please see the next section to explore alternative options.

  • There are many reasons someone may choose either option. For many folks, the ultimate determining factor comes down to cost. Some clients end up saving money by going the private pay route, especially if they have a high deductible. Others may want to work toward their deductible for a variety of reasons. I am happy to explore each option with you and see which would be the best fit!

  • I accept all major credit cards, as well as many HSA/FSA accounts.

  • I require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Any cancellation made within 24 hours of your appointment start time is considered late. Both late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the related fee of $100. This cannot be charged to insurance and will be the client’s responsibility.

If you are sick and you come to the session in person, I will send you home and charge the related fee. I am more than happy to reschedule sessions or move them to virtual, instead!

  • I see clients Mondays - Thursdays, with appointment start times from 11am to 6pm. Friday-Sunday are not considered part of my business hours; all communication received during those days will be addressed the following business day.
